We ensure the transfer of your luggage from one stop to the next. You're allowed strickly to bring up to 20kg of luggage (15kg on Chemin du Puy). If the weight is exceeded, we will not be able to transfer your luggage. Leave your bag at the hotel reception by 8am. This is essential for us to collect your luggage on time. Your Camino Mountain Bike: Key Information at a Glance - You’ll be cycling the Camino on a quality mountain bike – the Orbea Alma H20, equipped for all types of terrain. It features 29-inch wheels, disc brakes, 12-speed gearing, and comes with a rear rack and waterproof panniers. A helmet and repair kit are also included.

  • Bike Fit Matters: Provide your exact height when booking so we can prepare the right size for you (sizes S to XL).
  • Pack Smart: Your panniers can carry up to 40L in total. No lights or phone holders are included, so bring your own if needed.
  • Children’s Bikes: Available from age 7. Helmets and reflective gear are mandatory for children but not supplied.
  • Daily Maintenance: Clean your bike regularly and use the repair kit for minor issues. For bigger problems, a 24/7 support line is available.
  • Share the Trail: You’ll be riding alongside walkers. Be patient, slow down, and give way when needed.
  • Safety First: Helmets are required by law in non-urban areas.
  • Keep It Safe: You are responsible for damage or loss. Fees apply for missing items, late returns, or stolen bikes.
